Flick 'n' Fish with Warren and Di

 Today we got 124 winter whiting over at the blue hole with our grandson jack on board. We had hooked fingers and whiting slaps in our faces but had a fantastic day. Jack got multiple double hook ups as did poppa and I. We had a fantastic day of fishing and jack had a ball. Jack decided to show us his secret spot for squid and needless to say it was a dud. We tried out my visual fish finder and we saw a turtle and at his secret spot lots of star fish. Here are the photo’s.

 Our catch this year from the blue hole. Majority 27cm up to 29cm and mostly girls. 

 Arrived 6th feb, 2025 9th feb- 5 whiting, 10th -3 whiting, 11th- 6 whiting Then in March up to 20 whiting or more a day. Cyclone Alfred this year so fishing was staggered. We found the big ones finally.

 Jack caught a 56cm Flathead and lots of whing and Will caught a nice whiting.

 Warrens big catch and Di got nothing. Shocking day out on the water. It was a shocking day and the other boats also caught nothing.
