Noosa River Shovel Nose Ray Shark

 Yesterday I saw this sticking out of the water . It was a shovel nose ray shark with its nose up out of the water near the sand bags . It did not look healthy at all.

Winter whiting 2025 with Jack

 Today we got 124 winter whiting over at the blue hole with our grandson jack on board. We had hooked fingers and whiting slaps in our faces but had a fantastic day. Jack got multiple double hook ups as did poppa and I. We had a fantastic day of fishing and jack had a ball. Jack decided to show us his secret spot for squid and needless to say it was a dud. We tried out my visual fish finder and we saw a turtle and at his secret spot lots of star fish. Here are the photo’s.
